A place that would stay open well past and serve some of the best damn food and drinks in the city. Linton Hopkins is the chef and founder, he created this restaurant to be a place where his kind could come relax after a long nights work cooking, bussing, and pouring drinks. We agreed that there was no better time, so we hopped in an Uber and headed straight for Holeman and Finch. Holeman and Finch was on that list for Atlanta, and so by the time my plane landed I had reservations. The only availability was for 9:45pm, and at this point I had convinced my sweet friend to go on the late night adventure with me. I’m a big fan of Anthony Bourdain and generally appreciate his thoughts on the restaurants he visits. I knew I was going to be heading there for a work trip soon, so I paid attention and took notes.
